Blac-Rac represents a revolutionary advancement in gun rack technology. Purpose-built to secure AR-15 type rifles, the Model 1082 features dual opposing side plates that lock the weapon in place while shielding critical components such as the take-down pins, magazine release, and trigger from unauthorized access.
Its innovative design ensures full compatibility with top-mounted accessories—there’s no need to remove optics, lasers, or flashlights. Additionally, the single-point mounting system offers ample clearance, allowing rifles equipped with up to a 30-round magazine to be securely stored without modification.
The 1082 can also be used to secure various other firearms like conventional stock rifles, shotguns, handguns, and dozens of other widely used tactical weapons.

Model 1082
Purpose-built to securely retain AR-15 and M4-style rifles in patrol and tactical environments. Its unique clamping mechanism locks onto the lower receiver, providing a solid and secure hold without interfering with optics, lights, or other accessories.
When paired with the AR Retention Post, the 1082 offers enhanced stability and accessibility—making it an ideal solution for rapid deployment in high-pressure situations.
The unit is available with or without an electronic release and includes two proprietary keys for secure manual access.

Note: For 1082’s that are not equipped with the AR Retention post, the use of the Blac-Rac Alta Trigger Guard is recommended for optimal security. The trigger guard must be installed with both roll pins on M4 style lowers. Click here and refer to section 10 for further details.

Model 1070
The mechanical multi-weapon gun rack is designed to accommodate a variety of firearms, including pistol grip weapons like the AR-15/M4 and conventional stock rifles, using an optional adapter for added compatibility.
It is available in two configurations: with a factory-installed lock or with a 3/8″ padlock option, allowing users to install their own preferred locking mechanism.

The single-shot, break-front less-lethal launcher rack is engineered specifically for 37mm and 40mm launchers, including models like the LMT or DefTech and other similar platforms. Designed with operational readiness in mind, this rack provides a secure and stable mounting solution for less-lethal launchers used in crowd control, riot response, and tactical scenarios.
Its form-fitting design ensures that the launcher is held firmly in place while allowing for quick access when needed. The rack accommodates the unique break-front loading mechanism of these launchers, ensuring that the weapon can be stored safely without interfering with its functionality or optics.

The Blac-Rac T-Channel Mounting System offers a flexible and secure solution for installing gun racks in vehicles or buildings. Available in 10-inch, 18-inch, and dual 18-inch lengths, these mounts bolt directly to a partition or other suitable flat surface and allow for vertical adjustment to achieve the perfect fit.

Whether you’re outfitting a UTV, ATV, roll cage, grab handle, or railing, our wide selection of tube mount sizes ensures a secure fit. Safety
To fully enhance the security of your Blac-Rac firearm retention system, we strongly recommend installing a metal, non-folding, non-drop-down, semi-permanent trigger guard on AR-style weapons. The Blac-Rac Alta Trigger Guard is purpose-built for this role, offering maximum protection by preventing unauthorized access to the trigger area.
Note: If your Blac-Rac is equipped with the AR Retention Post, this additional trigger guard is not required.
